I'm against the death penalty, period. No exceptions.

That doesn't mean that I think those who are sentenced to death are generally swell folk, that they somehow are usually anything but evil people.

But you can't take back putting someone to death and we have already almost certainly put innocent people to death. That's reason enough to stop.

So this guy is on death row for shooting a cop in what appears to be a clear case of self defense:

(I don't usually read or watch anything branded 'FOXnews', but it was the only coherent story I could easily find about this.)

That guy shouldn't be on death row if what is presented as the facts of the case is true. I mean, it beggars reason that this guy should in the same ZIP code as a death row, much less on it.

(Note to Mr. Maye: don't smoke pot with your toddler child around. It's sad that someone has to tell you or anyone not to do that. Use.Your.Fucking.Head.)
